Deck Description

Trying to have several smaller strategies to the deck such as destroying opponents creatures, gaining benefits from legendary creatures on common and uncommons, creature based damage, etc. Your critiques are welcomed. Thanks.

NOTE: They don\'t have righteous fury yet, but I wanted 3x of those cards in the deck too (Destory All tapped Creatures and gain 2 life for each creature destroyed - cost 2xW 4xColorles

Deck discussion for Make Way For The Samurai

I personally wouldn't put so many legendary creatures in that deck, I mean legendaries are good but since they are to core of your dec your present one will get destroyed everytime you play a new one

I went to the rules at www.wizards.com and found rules 420.5e and 601.12 applying to legendary cards. If two or more Legendary cards with the same name are in play, you discard both into the graveyard. I didn't read anything stating you couldn't have more then one legend card in at a time. Did I miss where it says you can only have one legendary creature in play at a time? I did a search and couldn't find it in their rules book. Please advise, thanks :)

Basic legend ruling: If 2 of the same legendary permanents are in play at the same time, unless trumped by another card text, both go imediately to the graveyard.

I see where I have misread the rule. Legendary Creature - Human Samurai, for example, has to be the only one in play with that name. I was mistaking the "name" part of the rule for the characters name, i.e. Opal-Eye, Konda's Yojimbo, instead of the character type. Thanks for the help.

Now I will have to rework this deck :)

i would suggest using mirror gallery, it says, "the legend rule doesnt apply". this will help you keep good legendary creatures all in play without letting them die. like 2 kondas in play is along with two takenos will be so freakin awsome.
