This deck is based around blue white control with level up and proliferate. Board control with the Contagion Artifacts + Vensor's Blink affect Proliferate the -1/-1 counters Proliferate your planeswalkers loyalty counters Proliferate your level up counters Tutor for sword, use your mana in Main phase 1 to level up, attack with sword, level up more in your second main phase or leave mana up for your counterspells. Maybe if you want more control you could go with Cancel. Also, if it's proliferate-level up, why do you have Stoneforge Mystic in this deck??
