I've found Liliana is a bad choice in UB control. I used to run 2 just because I had them but the +1 Discard is really not what you want in this kind of deck. The -2 sacrifice would be better off used by a tribute to hunger or Geth's verdict. 24/25 land in control is a must as well! But it's looking pretty solid aside from that

Yeah that's much more solid, add in another Delver if I was you they're just too good. maybe sideboard one of your Zenith's to fit it in.
