Utilizes Agadeem Occultists to raise an army from an opponent's graveyard. Other cards focus on selective discarding and creature spell countering as well as milling the deck in a hope that some of the milled cards contain creatures. Puppeteers and Tideforce Elementals delay and blunt the opponent's attack and in synergy with Royal Assassin, contribute to filling the graveyards with enemy units that the opponent has already summoned. They are also useful in activating Agadeem Occultist's ability several times by untapping it. Vedalken Mastermind can be used either to protect the crucial cards or to successively trigger abilities of units such as Bala Ged Thief and Halimar Excavator. In a longer game, Wrexial, the Risen Deep can be used to cast sorceries and instants accumulated in the opponent's graveyard as the result of milling.
