This the Naru Meha deck version I took to the Star City Games Portland tournament. I did very good in the cEDH tournaments. Naru Meha is a combo deck that can win at instant speed. There is nothing more frustrating for an opponent to think they have the game in the bag only to see you steal the game with your instant win combo on top of the stack. Deck wins by combos either with Naru Meha and certain instant cards or by one of the other non Naru Meha combos in the deck. My deck version is the only one I have seen that does not need any Naru Meha combinations to win the match.
This is not an easy deck to pilot. You have to know every combination and card in your deck, how and when to play them and what to do if your plan is thwarted. Many players using this deck go for the win to early without adequate counter spells in hand to secure your combination. Key Naru Meha combos are with Ghostly Flicker or Displace or Sirens Ruse or Essence Flux and Ghostly Flicker. You can find the combo on EDHREC. https://edhrec.com/combos/mono-blue/141-1987I do not play many of the key cards like Thasssa's Oracle or Illusionist Stratagem as they are to slow or have other cards needed for win. I replaced these cards with infinite manna combinations and Walking Ballista to win games. I also play Leyline of Anticipation to allow all cards to be played at instant speed.
