Don't get me wrong, those are good cards to run in a sideboard. I also only threw 2 charmbreakers in here just in case they do happen to be played, they are more situational if anything.

Those are good suggestions for a sideboard but I almost never do sideboards because it depends on local meta.
Its a good card for graveyard decks but I need the cards back to my hand for retracing. :/

I'll throw in boar and gargadon for more expensive cards cause I want to refine it as more of a budget deck.

I like norin for the fact that I can ALWAYS have board presence. And its more based around just creating chaos and not really winning, its more of a chaotic group hug possibly

That is a nice idea. You can add that if you make this deck. I mainly play in multiplayer settings so I won't be getting aggro when I'm not doing anything at the time ;)

The commander and the deck are separate when playing. The commander doesn't count as a part of the deck when you start. But idk maybe I'm right or wrong.
Rulings say you can have your general and a copy in the deck too. Reading is important
Didn't come across costal piracy so I'll add that in somewhere and It's not really a themed deck xD Just like the name for it.
it's proliferate and some infect. If not you win like every other deck, through attacking.
