Deck Description

I've noticed with the new set that it is mostly an "Aggro" based block. That made me wanna make a control deck to show them that it is still here and stronger than ever!

Deck discussion for UberControl (Standard)

I feel like Blustersquall would be good to look into as a substitute for Crippling Chill? I mean, they're kind of on a close scale to one another, but for the price of Crippling Chill, Blustersquall taps all creatures.

True but I have crippling chill for the fact that I can draw a card. I'd rather have the card draw the all of them tapped.

I just don't find freeze a creature and draw a card for 3 mana to be that relevant when there's draw two cards for three mana (Divination), or Tap all creatures for 4 mana, with the option to tap one creature for 1 mana (Blustersquall). You're already running Azorius Charm, which, while versatile, seems to be used for "Draw a card" 9 times out of 10. Crippling Chill isn't really that much of a step up from that in terms of card advantage. Just my thoughts. If Crippling Chill works for you though, all the better!

Not enough spells for Delver & Runecaster...
...I'd rather remove those 2 & add Geist of Saint Traft(3-4) & Entreat the Angels(2-3)...

Use Dissipate instead of Cancel to deal with Grave stuff & use Cyncopate instead of Rewind!..

I'd use Fog Bank(3-4) in the main deck instead of Crippling Chill...

Put Arrest in the sides & drop Encrust!.. ...Use Feeling of Dread!..

I'd keep only Terminus & 1 Oblivion Ring from among your sideboard & add 4x Rest in Peace, 3x Supreme Verdict & 4x Azorius Charm...

I'd use 2 Moorland Haunt in the main deck & play 4 instead of 3 Hallowed Fountain...

My Azorius control is at top decks, right under my Grixis control... Somewhere under them, there is my Selesnya populate... Any suggestion would be appreciated!..

Well that changes the whole deck pretty much and that runs my way of running it. It works really well the way it is.

Also the Runechanter's pike is there for just damage while you are controlling the board, it's for finishing them off later game while you throw monkey wrenches in their greasy rotating gears.
