Glorious! Although "budget" on here is about $20, but I guess that everyone's budget is different... Tell me, where did you get your inspiration from?
i would say $30 but that's semantics. The fact of the matter is that this deck's price tag is a cause of the lands. Atleast I think it is, lemme check. Yeah mostly the land, also might of old krosa and rancor.

I guess everyones definition of budget is a bit different from the other.
I like using Snake Cult Initiation (which enchants your creature with Poisonous 3) on a 1/1 creature with regenerate such as Drudge Skeletons.
21 land and 2 mana is the highest cost
To be fair pendelhaven isn't in there to tap for mana.
what about livewire lash and some removals like doom blade or go for the throat. What I used before was apostle's blessing to protect my creatures from pin point removals and with livewire lash attached to the creature, not only can it protect your creature, it can also inflict 2 poison counters to creatures or player. Just imagine, Might of old krosa (4 counters) plus 2 damage from livewire lash (6 counters) plus mutagenic growth (8 counters) plus 2 counters from livewire lash again, once the creature swings and goes through, it's game over LOL
How about Blight Mamba? You can regen him.
I noticed you did not have a sideboard. I would recommend running something like duress in the sideboard to help remove troublesome cards from stopping your plan. Also, since you are running the vivid lands you could consider running blood (Flesh // Blood) to have your creatures deal direct damage. Livewire lash also makes their targeted removal much worse.
Take the misty rainforest's out of my deck and it costs about the same as this but mine works better. Just need to get a full set of artful dodge.
