The basic idea is to turn one of your opponent's lands into an artifact, then destroy it with splinter, thereby exiling the lands on their field and deck. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions at the moment, as I'm sure there must be some more creatures that can turn lands into artifacts.

memnarch, though he's a 7 drop, liquimetal coating is a 2 drop artifact that can turn permanent's into artifacts until end of turn.

Type your deck name...I thought about Memnarch, but he just hasn't got the speed that I was looking for, especially seeing as he's a seven drop, and I've already got Liquimental coating. Thanks anyway man.
sorry, was half asleep when i typed that out haha if you were running blue, i'd say fabricate, nice 3 drop to get you the artifacts you need.
