ima go ahead and make a deck on budget size for control blue

when you bought did it cost u 5.58 cuz when i bought it was 28 something
i only presss it once idk what happens is that i wanna be good with this deck but i cant seem to get the full potential of it cuz i just started magic and dnt know how to use the cards the right way my bad if i made u mad
do u have these cards or u play online?
i kno is cuz i bought this deck and i played with my friend but only won a couple of times he had a goblin deck that sacrificed its creature to get power or to inflict damage to me or my creatures and the only way i won was because of mirror-mad and delver transformation
but u need more monster to defend urself
but u need lots of land for increasing confusion to use it at a good amount
if you use mirror-mad ability u can still attack?
how would you use these like what cards would go with what
