Basically, the goal is to burn through half of this deck through various methods such as Buried Alive and Twisted Abomination to dump a whole bunch of zombies into the graveyard. Start by dumping Noxious Ghoul and Balthor into the graveyard with buried alive and tutoring to get exhume to bring Balthor out. Doing this while stalling just long enough to use Balthor or Patriarch's bidding so you can rush. The main creature based threat to this deck is flying based cards which is why I have attrition in the deck. Flying decks typically aren't black decks which is why it works.
