Okay. So this is a control style deck that wants to finish with a giant flying creature land punching your opponent in the face. The first thing to note is that there is no other win condition here, and this win condition is only present in 8 cards. Nolan Dar, scatter to the winds, and clutch of currents. The strongest situation I can envision here is spending 5 to bounce the tide caller, trigger awaken, trigger Nolan, and be able to recover clutch of currents the following turn when you replay the tide caller. There is a lot of power here, but the biggest thing that is missing here is a sense of early game board presence and pressure. There should probably be more copies of Nolan Dar if he is the only win condition, like it would sure suck if he died, or got milled away. I totally recommend brine borne cutthroat to give you some early presence on the table. Terra eternal is a good card, but here it would only be useful late in the game after you are already making giant lands, the only other use is indestructible ambush blockers... and i mean. That's fine it just doesn't do much in most games. Thassa can literally never be a creature, and her unblockable ability isn't relovent until after you make giant lands. And getting to 5 lands is important here, for evacuation, time wipe, awaken, nolan dar, and being able to cast a second spell per turn. so 20 lands is low. there should be at least 25, maybe as high as 28. Possible deck tech to consider. Kefnet the mindful can rescue lands at instant speed and draw you cards. Works well with cards with ETB effects like mystic sanctuary which can help recycle counterspells and such. And splashing green for something to let you play more lands per turn feels pretty good here too. Skyshroud ranger or budoka gardener, could both speed up hitting that important 5 land mark, as early as turn 3.
