I think the rack might not work well with all the discard in here But then again the rack always works

I have my reasons.
If you equip the hypnotic specter with a viridian longbow, you can use that ability during your opponents draw step, and your opponent will only be able to play instants for the rest of the game if they can't break it. Pretty funny, actually.
