It seems like the problem of decks like these is that you must choose to use your lands for mana or attacking in a single turn. Its a problem for me

Time Sieve doesn't seem like it would be useful especially because the other artifacts are so much more crucila to your deck. Although it looks like this deck has a very good chance of milling and not taking damage, it seems like that may take a while. Please check out my mill deck that uses allies.
This looks like a very nice deck. This is one of the best mill decks I have seen on here.
