i always loved orzhov ever since guild pact and when return to ravnica came i saw the extort mechanic and fell in love with it
It all depends on the draw really i like to play my extort creatures as soon as possible I dont ussaly play serra angel unless i need her i leave her for later

A good start, but less 1 of every card is needed. I can really see this as a midrange deck based around removal with the Extort mechanic Also, nice to see another planeswalker here. Ravnica get boring? I know Innistrad did for me
