for casual, ok, but if you want to play it seriously, then 5 mana is too much and you should have won by turn three i wouldnt play staggershock, hidetsugus second rite, chandra (definitely out), maybe searing blaze, and surely remove manabarbs, unless you want to play it as a combo deck (which you dont)

dont make decks for money you can only dream of, and btw, this is not a good deck because many cards are restricted or banned (eg, you can have only 1 black lotus)

i like the idea of using -1/-1 counters, nut you could also use proliferate ;)
