I would add a 4th Bitterblossom and take out all 4 Fatal Push for a more budget removal.

I love your take for rogue tribal being that Oona's Blackguard is really good, but I would try to make the deck more budget, being that it isn't a tier tribe.

I like your deck. Sprout Swarm is like a green Lingering Souls. I wouldnt mix red for impact tremors though.
