With a whole slew of one-drops, this should be quite a quick game to pull off. Draws are useful when you use up your spells quickly and since you'll eventually have more mana than you can use, draws are especially helpful. You can probably even win by turn 3 or 4.
Mill the bleep out of the opponent's library, then fly over their creatures and deal massive damage with jace's phantasm. They won't know what's hit them until it's too late.
