If you want to have that high of a mana curve with high CMC creatures, you are going to need more than 22 swamps.
Undead Warchief makes them cheaper but I get what you're saying
I ran a aggro zombie deck once with the highest CMC cap at 3 and 22 lands. Sometimes it was hard trying to pull enough land for them.
I would suggest adding Gray Merchant of Asphodel, especially if you can drop it after getting Geralf's Messenger out. Not sure what to remove, maybe the Dread Slavers.
I do like the suggestion, to add a little life gain in here is definitely a route I could take.
Basilisk Collar is a nice choice especially when in a deck full of reoccurring creatures.
