Well you're missing Restoration Angel which is very necessary for this deck. I'd get rid of Steel Sabotage in favor of it. Also, you need more land. I'd get rid of the Apostle's Blessing (don't need it with Cloudshift and Restoration Angel) and put in 4 Seachrome Coasts (or Evolving Wilds) in. I use to be the 20 land type, until I regularly got manahosed. Most control decks like this one needs 24 land, because you want to get to your Deadeye Navigator and have the mana available to use his ability (or Cloudshift.) I'd cut out 2 Vensers and add in 2 more Dungeon Geists or Frost Titans. Having more than one Venser in your hand isn't going to help and with the other blink stuff, he's not as necessary as he used to be in this type of deck.

No, it is not pretty fun, I had this deck and every win you get with it is agonising and you feel like a dick. It's You never get to do anything ever then I ulti venser and exile your board. If you want to make it better remove the metamorphs and phantasmals and add fiend hunters (They are part of an awesome combo with cloudshift) Geist honoured monks and frost titans. Also, dungeon geist still only keeps 1 creature tapped. And think about geralfs mind crushed for a mill finisher, every time you bounce it the undying retriggers and they mill.

Consider a separate wincon than venser's ultimate and some angels- they could have many answers to that. I would drop the images- you can't flicker them because they die once you target them, so while the card itself is good, it doesn't really mesh with your theme. The only thing you have in the deck worth flickering is stonehorn, so essentially this is turbo fog as is. I would definitely add some fiend hunters to lock down creatures until you can stonehorn every turn, and consider putting in inquisitor exarchs for a repeatable source of loss of life when you are bouncing it in and out. Also, snapcasters if you have the cash so you can flashback your cloudshifts and mana leaks. Maybe blade splicer to make lots of golems if you want to use the red zone as your wincon and for some early defense against aggro. Pierce strider is costlier than exarch but 3 instead of 2 per blink- I wouldn't go for it but its an option. Geist honored monk or precursor golem as 5 drop finishers that are nice to blink (but do not cloudshift a precursor golem). My reccomendations: -2 dungeon geists -1 stonehorn dignitary -1 phyrexian metamorph -4 phantasmal image -2 deadeye navigator -2 ghost quarter -2 island -1 plains +2 seachrome coast +3 moorland haunt +3 snapcaster mage +2 fiend hunter +3 blade splicer +1 precursor golem +2 ghostly flicker
Um are you new? image can't be exiled and brought back without being sacrificed. run Phyrexian Metamorph only it can also copy pesky artifacts image is just useless I don't under stand why people run it I run U/R Control and win FNM with it primarily because I can kill image just by fucking targeting it!
take note that ghostly flicker is an awesome card and is really good with soulbound.

Your doing it wrong scratch the soulbond ideots they are garbage put in more blade splicer and more ghostly flicker four is best cloud shift is good and remove the counter magic this is a control deck not a counter control snapcaster is probly a good idea run clone is coming in M13 but for now run metamorph b work on that then ill coment later u have an idea now make it work I run a planswalker deck that is a flick deck with venser as my general of course and I have a good feel for flicker thanks for reading an listing to my feedback have fun with the deck ;)

the new bounce bird from Avacyn is better it has flying.
