If you're planning to do a Fog type of EDH, then I would suggest using Angus Mackenzie as your general if you can get your hands on her. Not saying that Jenara isn't good, she's great, but Angus fits the theme much better.

Bant's signature ability, Exalted, works in a strange way to create a unique type of control. Limit everyone to only using one dude at a time, and Exalted control rocks. In this case, Jenara might be better suited, as she can get huge on her own, AND get the bonuses from Exalted, it's a tough call.

Lightmine Field is a card I use in my Exalted deck, and it's almost custom-made for Exalted. I'd also throw in Vigor (regardless of LMF). With LMF and Vigor, attack to your heart's content and watch your dudes get HUGE.

The other approach you could take, and one that I've seen from a shop regular (who uses Angus) is what he calls "Stall and Swarm". The idea is to use things like Luminarch Ascention, Mirror Sigil Sergeant, and other "swarmer" cards to build up a massive army while the other players are stalled behind Fog like effects.

Hope that helps =]
