This is a Black/Red deck I've build mainly from innistrad, tell me what you guys think, it's based around pumping my vampires up with counters every turn. It can be a 5 turn deck if given the right cards. I win 3 out of every 4 matches, roughly. Any Suggestions, What are your thoughts, What would you take out or add?

You really need to switch the 1 drop Ghoul with Stromkirk Noble. Its one of the most efficient vampires in standard. I'd drop the Bloodcrazed Neonates, and the Markov Patricians could be replaced with Child of Night for a faster 2 drop lifelink vampire. I think you should probably be running 4 of the Rakish Heirs because they are what make your 2 drop 2/1 vampires actually effective. You want to play one on turn 3 as often as possible. And you should probably add another Olivia to give you a better chance of drawing her. Brimstone Volley should definitely be replaced with Volt Charge in this deck, you should have lots of creatures with counters to proliferate. I'd also probably take out Trepanation Blade, it doesnt fit very well with the rest of the deck. Maybe toss in a Devil's Play and a couple Geth's Verdicts. I also think you might have too many lands for an aggro deck. Its really up to you, but if you find yourself top-decking land I'd try replacing a couple of them them with more cheap burn, or maybe just replace your Shimmering Grotto with Stensia Bloodhall. And your mana base seems slightly off right now, you should have slightly more swamps than mountains as it is currently.

Thanks, these are the type of comments that I'm looking for, I've definitely been on the lookout for anyone that has a stormkirk noble to trade with. I've also been having a hard time trying to find another Olivia. I'm also on the lookout for a few of those other cards your talking about. Thanks much for the comment.
i think you should play more bloodline keeper.
What about adding some pulse trackers (swap with ghouls?) and changing 2 doom blades for terminates?
