Hey there! Welcome to the vault!A common mistake many beginning players do, is to play too many one-ofs. Try to focus an spells that are essential to your game plan and make them four-ofs. F.e. if you like to ramp into big spells, add 4 Llanowar elves instead of one.Find cards that can win your game and then add cards that support the plan.Cards like weather the storm are usually better suited in your sideboard, since you wont face burn every match you play.Also keep an eye on legality, imo it makes more sense to build in a specific format. Pioneer or standard would be best for starters.Happy brewing!
