Why do u have thirty lands? Way too much, do 10 mountain and 10 plains and 4 clifftop retreat. Seriously, all the most you'll need is 24

Also boros swiftblade and skyknight legionnaire both beat zealous conscripts. And why do u have 4 thalia she increases mana of your spells too! I say drop her, but if you really want to, only run 1-2 since she is legendary, so you can only have one out at a time. Multiple legendarys of the same creature just kill each other
Youre robbing yourself by including 30 lands. With your curve so low, drop down to 24 at the most (you could probably pull down to 22 or 23) and then implement some more humans or some control in the form of burn like Lightning Bolt, Incinerate, or other similar spells.
