Uses Nuisance Engine to create artifacts to sacrifice to Shrapnel Blast. Isochron Sceptre creates more copies of Shrapnel Blast. Alternatively, Snapcaster Mage lets you reuse Shrapnel Blast from your graveyard. Mystical Teachings locates your Shrapnel Blasts, Fabricate locates your missing artifact whilst Mana Leak, Arc Trail, Preordain and Electrolyze let you have some control and draw. Note that Snapcaster Mage lets you reuse each of these spells whilst spare Isochron Sceptres can also be used to copy them.
