A standard yet effective Blue "Control" Deck. Runs off of merfolk as the main creature type. This is a very slow deck, but to make up for it it slows down your opponents game as well. I counter I bounce I keep stuff tapped, and I draw cards. oh and i steal your stuff. It is a very simplistic deck, but it has A LOT of success on campus. I cannot call this deck a work in progress, because it is past testing phases and it is more then competitive. I will not call it complete either because I am always looking for ways to improve my decks. I will be more then glad to take constuctive criticism. Please note my side board is currently just cards I plan on trying to make room for.
