Deck discussion for Thundermaw Phantasm

I'd love some hints on how to make this deck a little better. Just getting back into MTG and I could use all the advice I can get.

this deck has potential, but Jace's Phantasm and Mind Sculpt should go. And Chandra's Fury. It's just not good in this deck if your going for pain, not enough mill or mana ramp.
I'd also either make Blistercoil Weird a set of 4 or ditch him entirely.
Instead of Void Snare, Vapor Snag?
Have you seen Nivmagus Elemental? in the right deck he can be FUN

I really like Nivmagus Elemental. It has the potential as a 1st turn one drop 3/4 nice. I like the Vapor Snag in certain situations although void snare gets enchantments and artifacts off the board as well. I really like the advice, but I'm wondering why drop the Jace's Phantasm..? It's a 1 drop 1/1 Flyer with potential to become 5/5.

cloud sprite is basically the same thing, phantasm can be mean but personally id only put him in a deck designed to mill exclusively, that's just my opinion though. its a threshold creature but instead of 7 its 10, and your relying on your opponent's graveyard for it instead of your own, it can be dicey
