Having a Drowned Secrets in play, you cast Release to the wind targeting whatever permanent is on the battlefield, and cast Naru to copy the spell while it is still on the stack, then you copy it, targeting Naru. You can cast Naru for free with her flash hability and copy the first Release to the wind that is still on the stack. Repeat for infinite mill since you cast two blue spells, milling four times for each cycle.
I'm not sure if Jace would fit in the deck, mayne in the sideboard ?
