Deck Description

He accidentally set me off playing Stompy in every format... And I'm entirely enjoying it.

I know Muscle Burst has long been a staple in 10L Stompy, but I really think it's worth the trade to be able to run Dryad Militant.

Deck discussion for Adrenaline

the reason muscle burst is and always will be a staple in 10L is because of diligent farmhand. on its own it is still good, but not +8/+8 for 2 good. :) diligent farmhand on its own is also good, and maybe better by itself than burst. it still obviously does better with some of both (unless of course the total is 4 or less). i do really like dryad militant, but it obviously defeats the use of muscle burst, even if you could fit it into the deck. so i am a bit torn. i see the benefit of both sides, but also understand if you have one, you can't have the other. hmmmm.

i will say that i don't like boneyard wurm. in my experience it has never been helpful when i need it to be, and can often be a dead draw. you can't have dead draws in 10L. for the same mana you can use harvest wurm, and i will chose harvest wurm every time. i do like experiment one though.

True, Muscle Burst is one of the most absurdly powerful growth spells with Diligent Farmhand, but in such a graveyard shenanigan based meta as it is, I do say I find the trade-off worth it. It's something that needs to be weighed by player I think; I'm not good at 10L, so I need to remove what is a crucial resource to many to play, but you can achieve success even while allowing it. Simply put I play Dryad Militant as a crutch as much as a good choice.

I honestly forgot about Harvest Wurm... All I remembered is that I had played two Boneyard Wurms in my previous 10L, and apparently I picked the wrong wurm >_> Thank you very much Wumpus, that's quite helpful! Also, Experiment One is one of my favorite Green creatures in a while, it's especially insane in Legacy.
