Just because I thought it'd be neat to use them really. It's often stuck that way for a while, but I've also had games where it gets ridiculous thanks to Young Pyromancer and Voice of Resurgence, but these are not things to count on. I put Experiment One in frankly because I could.
"I put him in because I could"...And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the best reason of all.
I mean, I just figured "sure, why not?" :P
Wat no Snapcaster?
If you want something more reasonable, -1 Voice of Resurgence -4 Experiment One(replace with whatever decent 1cmc creature you feel like really), and +2-3 Snapcasters. This was more or less just a shits and giggles deck.
If I were you I would replace the X1 with Burning-Tree to up your creature drop for voice. Also I would swap some counter spells for Growths to support the little guys and play more agressively.I think you can get some success out of this shits/gigs style. I would play it Naya though but that's just me.

I'd probably rather just replace Experiment One with Tarmogoyf, or maybe Nacatl since that's an option once again, and then nix Mana Leak and a copy of Voice for Snapcaster.I'll be sure to check your deck out, because I think Naya, Dirt, or Grixis would be absolutely insane for it!

Yeah sorry about that I renamed it. It should work again nowYou might have to use your imagination on the land portion because I just threw in basics, but the idea is there. Tokens, spells, and instants: Hammer of Pophoros, Parallel Lives, and Elspeth. Huntmaster pairs well with Voice of resurgence, keeping players off your turn.
