I'm still new to game, and I don't get this deck. You manifest a bunch of stuff until you have 8 or 11 mana to flip the big guys?

He could do that, but his main idea here is to manifest a huge creature then exile it with Flickerwisp or Cloudshift. When the creature comes back it won't be manifested anymore, it will just come back into play as a big creature.
