I made infect because I hate Life Gain with a passion. I know it's not colour, but close enough? Also, really tempted to make a black deck that hates ALL colours!

True story, Wumpus, my very first "tourney" was at a friend's house. He was one of the best players we had in our group. I had just built my first "real" deck. A mono blue control deck. Anyways, the friend of mine had also a mono blue control deck. HOWEVER, it was entirely set up to face against red decks. It wasn't until he was in the final match (out of 8 people) playing another good friend of mine that I realized why he had a deck specifically against red decks... The other friend had a mono red deck that was entirely built to fight against blue decks.You see...those two people, being confident enough in their abilities to beat everyone else, had built a blue deck to fight against a red deck. Hydroblast. Pyroblast. Elemental Blasts. Fun stuff.Fyi, the guy with the red deck won...i think he was running 2 or 3 Sneak Attacks in his deck (that was in 2001, who knew Sneak Attack would be so expensive now! I wonder if he still plays/has his cards/knows how much that card went up). And I lost to the guy with the mono blue control deck designed against red decks. He beat me with a Soul Barrier. It cost me 2 mana every time i wanted to play a creature. He just outpaced me after he played Soul Barrier. I was so worried about bouncing/countering his Soul Barriers, lol, he was able to keep playing his creatures and beat me.
Eyes of the Wisent...another new card for me! You and surewhynot are just full of cards I have never heard of. Added it to the list. Liked it. Commented on it. Maybe...still thinking Defense Grid would not hurt. Sure, your creatures can't be countered...but your opponent could still have bounce be played against you. Make them have to pay extra mana to disrupt you. But the deck, as is, I don't think blue can beat anyways :) So Defense Grid is overkill.

And mom, instead of complaining, and giving me a complex in my youth, that I will never recover from psychologically...do you have a deck that you would like to contribute to this Challenge? I come to deck building sites to find actual decks that I can play with, buy, tweak, and take to FNM. Between NorthernWarlord, you, and miscellaneous others that want to be like you guys, the front page is:-nothing remotely playable-nothing that would do well in any kind of constructed environment-no real, playable decks, just budget and challenge decksHave you heard the term"Quality over Quantity?" I would love it if instead of spitting out budget decks and challenge decks in a desperate grab for likes and reputation,, this community would focus more on creating decks that people can actually play Magic with. Budget decks are all well and good, but when there are <2 decks that anyone could win any kind of match with, than I believe something should change.
I'm not sure if I like any of your decks- I'd have to look through all the pages. But, most of your decks seem quick and lazy, with more focus on putting our 8 decks a day than making any quality ones. None of them seem even remotely good. Making a deck with a new idea is fine, but if you never make a good deck there's no point.

A lot of your decks are barely tweaked meta lists, and when someone posts a deck that is good you're go all, congrats, you copied a list. So I'm sorry of nobody anywhere can make you happy. Any deck that's viable has been built and played. If you want originality and viability you're playing the wrong game.
