Early game (Turns 1-3)I play stuff that gives me card advantage like Brainstorm. I use Counterspell and Boomerang to stall my opponent. I also use Legacy's Allure and Dominating to begin the stealing process. On turn 3, if I have it, I may use a High Tide to give me 4 Mana, if I do I will throw down a Sower of Temptation. Mid Game (Turns 4-5)This is where I really start to steal your stuff. Sower of Temptation rocks. Absolutely rocks. It is a Control Magic with a 2/2 flyer added. Again, scroll up and read the text on Sower of Temptation. Look at how nice of a card it is. On turn 5 I am going to start laying down the law. Here comes Bribery at you. Here comes Treachery. I am going to be trying to run High Tide on turn 4 or 5 for mana ramp. Turn 4, High Tide will give me 6 mana. Turn 5, High Tide will give me 8 mana! Late game (Turns 6-onward)It comes together now....if my slow deck hasn't been burned, milled, or discarded yet. Anyways, what happens in late game is that it all comes together. Not only am I playing cards like Confiscate/Bribery/Treachery to steal your crap...but guess what, the early game stuff like Legacy's Allure and Dominating Licid are going into effect. I remove the counters off Allure and gain control of a creature. I pay 3 mana and gain control of another creature with Licid. Steal, Steal, Steal.By turn 5 I am looking to steal about 4 of your creatures. This deck doesn't really work that well in real life, I mean, most good creature decks (Say a Goblin deck) will out pace you with creatures, and will kill you off. A good combo deck will beat you if they get past your Counterspells. A mill, discard, or burn deck will eat you up. But it is still a fun deck when it works. Bribery. Nice!! Basically I am going to get your best creature that you have!! I am also going to get to see your entire deck!Treachery. God this card is broken. I can remember the first time I played this against a friend of mine. He says, "Let me get this right, you just took my creature for free?!" Yep. It is free!!! Imagine my 5th turn. I play Treachery and steal your best creature that you have on the table. I untap 5 mana and then play Bribery. I now get your best creature in your deck too. It is ruthless and cheap. Dominating Licid is different in that it can keep changing creatures that they steal. It adds versatility to the deck. Example, turn 4 I steal creature A from you. Turn 5 you play creature B that IS WAY STRONGER than creature A. Guess what? I don't want your crappy creature A card anymore. I want creature B! So I change targets! I give you back crappy creature A and steal creature B. All together I have 20 cards that steal your stuff.

Confiscate is way too expensive (mana cost). And i dont think you need more than 20 cards ( or even 16 ) to gain control of opponents creature. 24 of highly mana costed card will sacrifice your turn and draws. Maybe add some more defensive cards so you can survive early stage.But overall, i always like blue decks ;)

Confiscate's not that bad actually. CMC is only 1 more than Bribery, and it lets you snitch a permanent.Good job as always Jessie.
I changed it, a little. I agree. It is more expensive to cast...but is more versatile. And with High Tide and a land drop every turn, I can play Confiscate on the 4th Turn. Thanks for the input.

Gonna try to give advice without it being the same as my deck but you don't need all of these creature snatches. Ditch the fog banks add propaganda, ditch the dominating lucid add dream leash. Throw out the sowers and maybe add acquire. The deal is you need permanent snatchers not just creature ones
Will consider these options.
