Deck Description

Discard yourself and your opponent.
Throw down an Ensnaring Bridge.
Ride your way to victory with the Nihil Stone.
Guiltfeeder as a second win condition, it gets around Ensnaring Bridge.

How to Play

Turn 1. Play Swamp. Play Dark Ritual. Play Quest for the Nihil Stone. Play Thoughtseize. Play Duress.

Your opponent is down to 5 cards before his first turn. And Quest for the Nihil Stone is fully charged. When your opponent runs out of cards in his hand, he will losing 5 life a turn!

This, my friend, is much faster then The Rack/Shrieking Affliction.

Using Ensnaring Bridge to my fullest advantage by making myself discard cards at the same time as my opponent using stuff like Delirium Skeins and Smallpox. Forcing yourself to discard is interesting, to say the least.

Guiltfeeder's power is 0. But when he attacks, and is unblocked, your opponent loses life equal to the number of cards in his graveyard!! And the thing is, since his power is 0, he can still attack even if you have Ensnaring Bridge out and no cards in your hand!!! Cool, right?

Surgical Extraction and Thoughtseize for those pesky Artifacts/Enchantments/dangerous threats.

19 cards that force opponent to discard. Having so many cards that force your opponent to discard, that enhances the odds that Quest for the Nihil Stone will start doing damage by Turn 3.

Once Quest for the Nihil Stone is out, Funeral Charm is brutal. It is an Instant, and will assure you that your opponent will be losing 5 life.

Night's Whisper for drawing more cards, for speed. Since most of your cards are 1 mana to cast, you will be running out of cards fast (which isn't a bad thing considering you want Ensnaring Bridge out and for you to have no cards in your hand), so Night's Whisper let's you draw more discard cards. Which helps make sure Quest for the Nihil Stone and Guiltfeeder do their jobs.
