What this does (not to insult your intelligence) is:1) Gives you 20 extra life! (which you will need because this is a slow deck and not all of your opponent's threats will be blocked or bounced).2) Forces your opponent on his 5th turn to play 2 mana to keep Illusions of Grandeur in play or else he loses the game. He has to pay 4 mana his 6th turn to not lose, 6 mana on his 7th turn. It shuts him down. While he is having to pay the mana, you are trying to block his attacks and bounce his threats back to his hand.
Donate crap to your opponent. Early game. Cast your blockers to help you stay alive= Will o the wisp and Fog Bank. Mid game. Search/draw for Donate. This deck can be beat very badly if this card is removed from the game or countered. Still a fun game. Bounce their threats with your bounce spells, as needed.Late game. This is where you Donate your crap. Adding Search engines to get Donate. Added Personal Tutor and Mystical Tutor. Very expensive and banned. Might take them out. Any advice?1st win condition. Donate Grandeur/Lich2nd win condition Donate Immortal Coil then Bog them. 3rd win condition is Puca's Mischief and Grandeur

Hey Jessie, i like this idea Lich is a very annoying card similiar to transcendence, there is a card that i saw that is a black artifact and is very annoying to donate to someone, i will search for it and get back to you on the card name because i think it could really help you! otherwise very solid deck

What would you suggest I take out for the Immortal Coil? I do think it is a cool card that works with this deck...just not sure what to take out for it. I only want to run about 12 cards that I can give to my opponent. And Bojuka Bog...can you explain why that would be a good card? I am confused on that one.Thanks for the advice Omega. Ugh, I don't do Modern...so can't really help you with your decks Omega. I did look. I liked the one with Guttersnipe in it. And Stuffy doll, that is a new card for me. Neat.
Hi Jessie, The Bojuka Bogs work with the Immortal Coil. Donate them a Coil, then bog their graveyard, instant win for you. And they can still be used for black mana as required.As for what to take out, I'd probably take out the Steel Golems. Based off the rest of the deck, it looks like your opponent not casting creatures might work to your detriment, as your curve means Puca's Mischief wants to find small targets, which usually means creatures.Thanks for looking at my decks, I appreciate the time you took, even if there was no advice you could offer. =)

Oh the good ols Trix is an adult now.Really nice take on the concept, love all the possibilities here. Nefarious Lich is kinda risky tho. 4 black mana in a dual color deck is not a guaranteed thing. Other than that, really amazing job here.

Thanks. I played it today. Got my butt kicked, though. The combo doesn't seem to work because of the Cumulative Upkeep I have to pay. I do not have the mana to pay 2 colorless for Illusions of Grandeur upkeep AND PLAY 3 mana for Donate. I am doing something wrong. I went 3-0 with my Budget: Cephalid Constable deck. And 2-1 with my Burnt Out deck.
