DEFENDERS!!! I love them. I love putting out things turn 1 that burn spells can't touch and having them work in unison with axebane guardian and overgrown battlement. This is my absolute favorite deck without question. With that being said... If anyone has better suggestions specifically when it comes to card draw let me know.
Earliest I've killed somebody with this deck is turn 4 which was amazing to me because at the time I had no idea it was capable of that. I play pretty aggressively in getting out my defenders. I do usually hold back additional axebane guardians/overgrown battlements I draw in case someone plays a board wipe. I have the mother of runes in the deck as another level of protection for my creatures that hexproof cannot prevent. Used to have 4 mostly to give my colossus protection from a certain color so I can hit my opponent for 20 right away but I've since replaced them with rogues passage so I could add more walls
