This deck is designed to deprive your opponents of any chance to play the game. The ciphers combined with unblockable creatures leads to spells going off repeatedly. The Hidden Strings helps mana ramp by untapping previously tapped lands, allowing you to put out your heaviest cost cards in the first few turns of the game. Cards such as Undercity Plague and Mental Vapors keeps cards out of your opponent's hand, while Paranoid Delusions helps to eliminate the threats they may draw from their library.
Work to get one of your unblockables (preferably the stalkers) out and ciphered. Let the ciphers do your work for you. Exploit the crap out of Hidden String's ability to untap your mana and make it available to you again. If needed, tap your opponent's creatures or artifacts to keep them out of play.
