This is a deck designed to exploit Jhoira's suspend ability to put out whatever creature you need. It's slightly gimmicky, and requires that you get her into play. Without her, the deck completely doesn't function.
Get lands in play and get Jhiora out as soon as you can. Once she's out, dedicate as much mana as you can afford to suspending every huge card you have, even the ones you couldn't possibly cast due to no mana of the appropriate sort.If possible, get a paradox haze (or ideally both) in play, to shorten the suspend time to 2 turns instead of 4. Watch your opponent go WTF.
