Wanted to make an infect deck that could start pretty quick with some turn 1 virulent wound poison counters but also do well in the long haul. Plenty of straight up creature removal (GfT and DB) and then combination of scar or creature damage/ability and crumbling ashes for indirect removal. Ichorclaw Myr is always a hard choice, necropede is annoying, praetor makes everyone worse and ups the count and corpse cur and buried ruin bring everything back. Contagion clasp and throne of geth help keep the pressure with proliferate
