I would sideboard archive trap and run some more basic lands and dual lands (24-26), mill/control can't aford to have mana problems. Otherwise good sweep card and creature control.

Liliana’s last ability is useless if the graveyard as been exiled. Decks that rely on 1 card for a win condition have a problem against anyone running Memoricide or counter spells. With no creature control this deck won’t last long against many decks in particular aggro. I would suggest looking into these issues.

As far as I am aware, there are no cards in standard that give an equipped creature fear.

I would recommend dropping some creatures and duplicating others for consistency in draws e.g. running each in card in 3's or 4's. What is the actual theme for this deck?

Should think about Wall of Denial instead.

"When this gets rolling" I don’t see how that’s possible your defenceless unit turn 4 (presuming you have the cards you need). Then both of your creatures rely on creatures in the grave yard and with no removal spells it’s going to be very difficult to achieve anything...

A vampire control deck is gona be tricky to balance, but will be effective. Vampire decks are usually very offensive so I don’t think you will need cards like duress or inquisition of kozilek or even preordain, instead maybe focus on some more burn spells like feast of blood or urge to feed works very well with vampires and your counter spells I always find a simple negate to be useful in any blue deck. Also as the previous comment sais dark ritual very useful for getting spell out quick. I might try making a similar deck, it looks fun. :)
