Control the game with Isochron Scepters and try to get all 4 on the field ASAP with Arcum Dagsson. The Myr Retrievers are there so you can bounce one back always after sacrificing it. Replace the Retriever with an artifact of your like (probably the Isochron, duh).Mimic Vat and Solemn Simulacrum gives you a huge card advantage along with a decent manaramp. Wall of Omens keep the enemy at bay (along with the card draw) until you're pretty much set with the mandatory artifacts.If you want to play sure, fetch Darksteel Forge first. This also makes your artifact creatures invulnerable and you can use them for blocking if you don't have Fog on Isochron yet.Darksteel Forge and Nevinyrral's also combo quite well considering most your creatures are made of artifacts. Nevinyrral's itself doesn't blow up as the card doesn't say "Sacrifice". Unwinding Clock allows you to use it continuously and lets you have extra mana in stock due to Manakin's untapping on opponent's turn allowing you to counterspell with Isochron whenever you want.Throw in a Mycosynth Lattice if you want and you're more than set. Infinite mana more or less.
