This was an old deck I had that I went and updated a bit. The core combo is very simple and has been done countless times I'm sure. Crypt Rats + Spirit Link for life gain and board control. The Swarmyard lands work well since they can regen a Rat. So you can pop off the rats repeatedly to gain large amounts of life. The Jester's Cap's are a nice fall back that do two things. 1. Allow you to see exactly what's in your opponents library great for early in the game. 2. Remove three cards from their library from the game. That along with Swords to Plowshares, Mangara of Corondor, and Curse of the Cabal provide removal if you encounter something difficult. The Hymns and Disenchants are good for dealing with unexpected problems as well. Sudden Spoiling is good since you can use it in conjunction with the rats to wipe the board. If worse comes to worse the Wrath will do it for you. The blinking spirits are returnable blockers and are good in the mid to late game to stall out an assault. And a Simulacrum is thrown in for good measure since it's nice in a bind.
