a combination of creature control, Damage on draw, and damage on spells. Offense/defense with T.i.m' s + spike for creature removal ( not always reliable but eh) If you have any recommendations for land/sideboard i would love to hear them

It's pretty slow... try some mana acceleration like rite of flame or seething song. Or, just put in lots of burn to help you stabilize your opponent's attempts. Also, what are you going for? Kill them with their draws or pink them into submission? Focus the deck and streamline it. If your going for Underworld Dreams take out quietus spike, add in teferi's puzzle box and howling mine.
