But isn't the +1 buff more valuable in an infect deck? If you cast Distortion on Glistener Elf, along with Giant Growth, you can get rid of half their health.

I would, But the Legendary rule means I can only have one out. I did switch out Sigil of Distinction for Lion's Eye
How about Distortion Strike instead of Artful Dodge?
