Ramp via Locus/Vesuva and mana artifacts. Utilize Voltaic key to get tons of mana through doubling cube. Play Eldrazi and Colossi. Win.

I like where you are going with this, but I think Thespian's Stage would be a better land to put in than City of Traitor's or Ancient Tomb.EDIT: It may actually be better to simply replace the Lotus Petal with Thespian's Stage instead.
