Deck Description

2nd turn spellbreaker or bloodbraid
3rd turn any other 6 mana creature.
play tested this deck alot. 6 out of 10 times i get a perfect hand.
if you dont understand the combos and how it works send me a message.

1st turn; forest, birds
2nd turn; cobra, fetch land, (2 floating), harrow, (2 floating), {spellbreaker or bloodbraid}
bloodbraid into a harrow is optimal if you have another bloodbraid, spellbreaker, or big baddie to drop next turn.

even without an optimal hand you can get you big guys out 3rd or 4th turn.

earthquakes are for elves and goblins because they r usually low defense, windstorm is for flyers.
kolonian behemoths have shroud so its hard to get rid of them for control decks especially if you had a spellbreaker in play so they couldnt counter it. souls fire is in to cause massive damage if you have your terra stomper out. the hellkite charger is there for a 5/5 haste and the ability in this deck is pretty good.

apocalypse hydra can not only get really big and annoying to deal with but with the mana i can generate and how quickly i can generate it i can start to pick off creatures with his ability and bolts and souls fire him

[ make a 10/10 souls fire him to you. now ur at 10, and thats only if i havnt hit you yet this game.

Deck discussion for R/G beat (tournament)

hey jjmacgrinch66, i like the look of it very much, but i would add perhaps just a bit more mana production to make sure that u can put out 4 on the second turn, but thats just me. check out my deck acropolis

I like this alot, do not add anymore mana sources. In fact, with Lotus, Harrow, and all the Fetchlands you have everything covered pretty well. Honestly, you do not need the Birds of Paradise though, actually, you do not even need Lotus Cobra (Really kinda overrated because it puts your best sources of damage out early to die to their removal leaving you with less powerful cards) but thats not the point, I see the interraction with Harrow and Fetchlands so I suppose it will all work out but I really think you could remove Birds of Paradise if thats the case.
