Think of switching thrill-kill for Deadly Recluse (same stats + Reach), also think of adding in either Acidic Slime for non-creature removal (or at least S.B) or even Ogre Slumlord - gives you a creature for when u lose one and they have deathtouch! :D

Yeah I fully agree mate - I could add in the extra Crypt Ghast and the extra dual-land etc., and hope for Liliana to provide the final mana needs. Other than that though - any problems?

Thanks for the feedback mate, so I'll fix up the numbers on the cards and reduce the no. of different cards to ensure certain combos are implemented. As for the inclusion of more non-creature spells, did you have any particular cards you'd recommend?

Considering the majority of your creatures lack colourless mana costs (ie. Geralf's Messenger - BBB) - Heartless summoning becomes quite a useless card and takes up valuable space. I'd recommend the removal of that with a replacement of some extra blue spells to add some control (ie. Unsummon or Mana Leak) or even another heavy hitter creature such as Grimgrin or Grave Titan. Another recommendation I have is the removal of the Phyrexian Metamorph, this is due to the fact that you already have the Phantasml Image to allow you such in-game capabilities. If you really want to keep it, I'd replace it with 'Evil Twin' as it gives you the same capabilities with the addition of a cheap kill spell.

Hope all goes well man. :)

heyy broski, it's a really solid deck which is very well balanced. I like the inclusion of Beast Within, gives the deck a bit more depth for a variety of in-game situations. Still not a fan of 'Triumph of Ferocity', the card itself as well as the fact that you have the lenses....but it's up to you, otherwise, i look forward to playing it with my mono- red aggro :D

also, in regards to your creatures, i'd recommend these revisings for the numbers because of the mana curve;
4x Champion of the Parish
3x Mentor of the Meek
2x Mikaeus, the Lunarch
3x Thraben Doomsayer
2x Riders of Gavony
3x Champion of Lambholt
(cuts down the cards by 3 :D)

Hey Ryan,
Your deck obviously is quite aggro in regards to its mana cost and so forth, and it's looking pretty good. My main issue with the deck (personally) is 'Cathar's Crusade'. It seems pretty expensive considering your mana curve and it's more a late game card, but I feel it doesn't really add to the deck as much as what might be thought. In all honesty, take those out, and one other thing I might suggest is the removal of Riders of Gavony for maybe 'Hero of Bladehold', I just think it's an overly great card which can help you in many different in-game circumstances. And once again, the Riders have a nice ability, but it shouldn't be relied upon, and considering ure deck is creature based, the hero might be more useful...otherwise man it's looking really solid, can't wait to play it ^_^

thanks mate, i think u commented before? I had to scrap the b/r discard for this MBC, but I'm liking it so far aye. How do you like the creatures, in particular the massacre wurm? I thought I could use that in combo with 'Consume the Meek', one of the various win-cons. Anything u reckon i could/should change or SB? Was thinking some big demons, ie. Rune-Scarred?

Plus, you get a draw ability anyway for 1 mana! So it serves the initial purpose of your Wellspring, but at a cheaper cost with an extra ability which i truly believe would help u more in-game

Why the Ichor Wellspring? Yes its a draw card, but doesn't serve much use elsewhere. I would recommend Panic Spellbomb. Good cheap card which could help win you the game should your opponent get some big creatures out early. :)

hey man, big fan of zombies. the issue with this deck is the inclusion of the creature cards which require graveyard exilings. Reason being, cause the only way your creatures will be placed there without self-milling is through losing them in combat, which u dont necesssarily want. I would recommend removing both the Skaab creatures and replacing them with some kill spells etc. to slow down the opponent as you build up your creatures (win condition). Take Abbatoir out and replace with Lich, Lord of Unx. For 3 mana, its abilities to create tokens and cause damage to the opponent through milling is amazing. Remove Ghoulraiser as you already have a spell with the same ability and replace with more Grimgrins and you could even include Grave Titan which is great for token creation, which seems to be a major feature in this deck. Include 3x lands which give both blue and black mana for balance. And last thing, WHERE IS CEMETRY REAPER?!?!? :0

P.S The new zombie coming out in Dark Ascension is MAD! Must put in :D

just one question;

how do u plan to counterract an aggro deck like burn or even a fast vampire deck? Like ure opponent could deal u a substantial amount of damage in the 1st three or so turns and it does not look like u have much to counterract that form of approach.
