Deck discussion for Deadeye

Very interesting deck, you've given me a lot of ideas for my own U/W that I recently posted. The only suggestion I would have is to replace the Day of Judgement cards with Terminus, it has 1 more in cost but it's a miracle card, so alongside Ponder, you could set up Terminus as the draw for your next turn and miracle it out.

Two questions about the deck though.

1) What is the point of Ghost Quarter? what does it add to the deck? Or rather, what is the strategy behind including it.

2) Can Venser's +2 ability go on the stack as a response to an action? In particular i'm wonding if it can be activated as you play Fiend Hunter to bounce him immediately while his EtB is on the stack to get the perma exile on a target.

Ghost Quarter kills Cavern of Souls, making specified creature spells counterable again.

in reply, you cannot flick fiend hunter with his etb effect because it reads when it leaves the battlefield, which it does when it goes into exile. also the planeswalker ability is at instant speed. sources: many judges that ive argued with over a deck i run very similar to this.

Yeah like demonicshock stated its for cavern and wolf run and duel lands. The +2 is at the end of your turn, its not an instant effect like cloud shift or deadeye.
