Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (15 cards)

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

thanks for the thought but u really want that guy on the battle field all the time he is three mana that hits for 6 p.s. i like your deck i think it could be better the 4 mana guys could just be koth or hero of oxid ridge and just be better

I think koth works more with mono red since I'm not running so many mountains, and the 4 mana guys are good not only for the theme but they help the speed of the deck as well. Demonlord balances well with Torpor Orb since I don't need to sac creatures whenever he comes into play, and he's a 5/4 flying undying for 4 mana, pretty nuts imo when you don't need to sac stuff to keep him in play.

All of Koth's abilities work on mountains; he's a waste of space and money if you don't play him in mono-red.

this is the most comman list or something very close to this i have 3 stalkers in my main it is a preference cause he is badass but in playing games i often dont know if dropping a runechanters and addind another sword is better it usually is more effective than the runechanter

Well let me add how arrogant you are isn't helping your deck. I guarentee it won't win 100% of the time. In standard i see it winning here and there but all the time hell no.

Question... Don't you have anything better to do than: (a) argue with people, and (b) insult people? Regardless of the quality ,or lack thereof, of decks on this site, it doesn't need to be mentioned every post. Which you seem to love to do. I admit that most decks here are not "unbeatable" status decks. But that doesn't mean that you should be a scum to everyone who posts a deck that you font like. If you don't like, then don't comment on it. The more that you comment on a bad deck the more recognition it gets and more popularity of gets. Or, you could go the other way and make comments that are actually USEFUL and HELPFUL to the sub-par deck builder. Not comments that start out by saying this deck is crap, just like the rest of the decks on this site. None of you know what you are doing, and you all suck. Or any variation around that theme. Almost every single comment you have posted had been very negative in nature.

As for my comments on this deck... Personally I don't like it, but I think it is a solid deck that has potential, but can, as always, be better. Too tired tight now to make any suggestions on how it could be better, but everything can always improve. Perhaps swap out the dungeon geists for another stalker.

haha man i like wrote b4 this isnt my list i wasnt looking for improvement i wanted toi help the population and id like to think i already id a little it surprises me that here everyone is on the internet an still doesnt know this deck inside and out it is the best deck in standard by far in every country look up a tournament sheesh there are 10 million registered players that play in tournaments u have access to watch live large events nearly every weekend this website is like a bunch of whiney school girls that are living in the past its like the whole magic community evolved and locked you in a basement

I do like this deck a lot, but I have to concur with some of the other comments regarding this being the "best deck in standard".

The problem is, when you look at tournaments, the people there who perform well are consistently talented, smart individuals. THAT is why they consistently do well in tournaments. Considering the fact that most of them post their decks online after they compete, any player has a decent chance of rebuilding the exact same deck and competing with it. If those decks are truly "the best", then consistent qualifiers for high-level tournaments would be consistently beaten by people who simply buy the best decks out there, which certainly is not the case. Therefore, the decks they play with must be treated with a certain level of skepticism.

Are they really the best decks, or are they highly versatile decks played by highly talented individuals? We must refine our view of what being "the best deck" actually means. By all means this is a powerful deck, but the true means of the deck comes down to who's playing it as well as many situational factors.

Conclusion: Try not to overemphasize the greatness of any particular deck. They are always shifting and changing to meet the intellectual levels of the people playing them. Think of them more as tools used by professionals. Some prefer different kinds that may, or may not be the best, but factor directly into how they want to play and how they can be successful.

I played against this deck, almost exact copies, twice, I trounced them every time, asides from attempting to beat me by riding swords to the win, which would get you naturalized, I see no way this deck would beat my r/g manabarbs aggro, I have won the past 4-5 fnm's, people from pro-tours etc play there, they made this because it won, it's a meta I love to shock (their delvers)

Its a good deck. But it is not the best out there. For those that say he dont need those pikes he does you are wrong. This deck is run of the mill in terms of what you see at tournaments. But really those are standard-great players. If you want to really see the best players out there out you have to go and sreach. FNM thats were you'll find some random player or players playing games that would send pros back to the drawing board. Ive played at many different shops and I can tell you if do run into some random thats just on a whole new level well the other regulars that come to that shop will not be far behined. It is like that one outstanding random makes all the other players around him better too. With that said yeah infect would rock this deck no problem. I dont follow the pro sence but I would think many of them dont use infect because they just dont know any better. But then again infect is on its way out.
