Well there are a lot of changes you could make to make this better, also what kind of deck are you trying to make. But for now this is a nice deck.

Well I use the sinkholes and hymns to slow my opponents down sometimes I'll even use an animate dead on one of the bigger creatures I might cut out mimic vat it slows me down I feel more than anything

You need more 1 drops: Putrid Imp allows you to discard a fatty immediately and reanimate him turn 2.Aether Vial will allow you to pump out critters willy nilly throughout the game.Look into some Demons to compliment your fatty collection.Hope that helps...
I dont really use the animate dead for my creatures I use them for what I can destroy with go for the throat or what they sacrifice with gatekeeper or even what they discard with hymn to tourach Sometimes if I have the buried alive in my hand ill reanimate phyrexian oblit. but I usually use them for other peoples creatures thats why I dont have cards to aide a full reanimation deck when I do use buried alive its for 3 bloodghast
Why so many Hymn to Tourach? If this is a sacrificial deck with bloodghast, undiscovered paradise could be pretty nice with landfalls. Blood artist is also a nice card you could add.
Its not a sacrificial deck more of a control deck I use the bloodghasts to get some quick damage and with skullclamp they let me draw cards plus they are really good against blue counter decks and red burn decks
